Spiral Ninja + GIVEAWAY

Picture this: it's Friday the 13th and it's my birthday, I just got home from a long and busy school day, filled sweet surprises (thanks mom) and lots of hugs from my kiddos. I'm tired because I didn't really get much of any sleep. I'm expecting a *ton* of people at my place, yet I have nothing ready. At least my condo is impeccably clean, and rightfully decorated for the blackout.  I've got this thing sitting on the counter waiting for some action from yours truly.  The Spiral Ninja slicer makes wonderful ribbons or lovely julienne noodles. All you have to do is turn the veggie in the slicing chamber area and it comes out as you see, just like ninja slicing magic.

I recently bought a *huge* bundle of dill and decided to make a twist and play mashup of dill dip and tzatziki. I used my spiral ninja to work some serious ninja moves on a cucumber. I was wary as to how well it would work because it is such a watery veggie. It worked perfectly! I did need to soak up some of the liquid that the cucumber released once sliced up into curly "noodles" of perfection, and cut them up to be smaller, more manageable size, for enjoying dip scooping fun. My dip consists of plain, non-fat yogurt, #spiralninja julienne cucumber, lots of fresh dill, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper. Just in case you were wondering, my random concoction of a dip, was of course, a hit.

One lucky reader will have the chance to win a Spiral Ninja slicer in my very first ever giveaway! Thank you, Spiral Ninja!
