Burn, baby burn!

I am currently developing and shaping my own version of what I want to be my new-found healthy guiltless, shame free, full enjoyment "lifestyle." It's kind of a non-diet? I love, love, love to cook. I LOVE to indulge. This is a problem. Well, not actually a problem, but if I want to stay the same shape and size, it poses an issue. I actually want to gain muscle, burn fat, and slim down some - but none-ya.  I cook healthy food, for the most part, but like to misbehave in that department a little bit from time to time. I like my adult beverages. Those will not be making an exit anytime soon. So I'm trying new things...!

Vitamin Elite Elite Fat Burner is a Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer.  Basically, it's like little bundles of caffeine. Yes! Coffee never does it for me. This must be a God-send.

Take one with 8 oz of water 30-60 minutes before meals; twice a day. On a training day, take one of those two doses before working out. Start with one, but depending upon your tolerance, you can increase that to two. Don't take more than two in a four hour time span. Never take more than four in one full day! That's a bit to swallow. But I think I got it.

I took this for the first time before working out, exactly as directed. I was beyond exhausted on this particular day, so what a great opportunity to put this to the test. I took it approximately 30-45 ish minutes before I got to the gym. I completed 30 minutes of walking on an incline at 4mph on a treadmill, took a 60 minute pilates class, followed by a repeat of the first 30. I am not sure if it increased or enhanced my performance, but I think it helped keep me going, and is why I was able to persevere to that great of an extent. The claims to increase energy and stamina? Check!

It says it is a fast absorbing liquid capsule. Hmm... Let's see... take a look at the inside... I cut one open to take a peek. Visibly, it looks like powder, mixed with some sort of gel; aka goop. It certainly is not "liquid." For me, personally, I don't think it was fast absorbing. Well - maybe it was fast absorbing, but not so much fast acting. Maybe it's because I was so tired? I was yawning during the pilates class. When I got home, I most definitely had the jitters. The *omg I had way too much coffee* jitters. I don't like that feeling, at all. I think I just need to take it sooner than directed in order to work properly for me.

I look forward to seeing how #EliteFatBurner helps me in my progress with continued proper use.
I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
