Dr. Scholl's® For Her Cozy Cushions

I received Dr. Scholl's® For Her Cozy Cushions in my #RoseVoxBox complimentary for review purposes from Influenster.

If they aren't cozy then I don't know what is.  These shoe inserts are so true to their name!  Cozy Cushions are soft, snuggly, warm, and oh so comfy!

One thing that's great about these inserts is that they come oversized, so they will fit and work well for women who have larger feet than my own.  Ladies with petite feet can follow the sizing guide directly on the insert itself and trim to fit.  You could probably trim them to fit your one favorite pair of boots, or specifically to your feet so they are more versatile.  I did the latter.

Over the course of time I've had them thus far, I tried them out in a few of my favorite pairs of boots.  Cozy Cushions provide long lasting comfort.  I am on my feet for most of the day.  I was able to wear my favorite high-heeled boots throughout the duration of the workday and the entire evening afterward.  Normally in this particular pair of boots, my feet would be aching by lunch time.

Here's some more fancy footwork in another second favorite.

I recommend cutting them to fit your feet rather than a specific pair of boots this way you can rock it in style, in all your cute boots comfortably all season long.  They also feel incredible and keep your feet warm if you're only wearing tights/stockings, or even your stocking feet.

Thank you Dr. Scholl's and Influenster!

So so so Scandal Eyes!

Super pumped up, thick, wide-eyed lashes are hot-hot-hot right now.
Georgia May Jagger recently signed to model for Rimmel London. She is the youngest daughter of The Rolling Stones' very own Mick Jagger. This look is created by using Rimmel's hot new mascara Rimmel London Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara in 001 Black, which is available in stores November 2013. I was lucky enough to be chosen to try this mascara complimentary for testing purposes before available on the market thanks to Rimmel and Influenster in my Rose Vox Box #RoseVoxBox.

What's it like, you ask?  Here's a little taste of what it looks like au natural.

Follow these tips from yours truly, to create or get your own eye-conic 60s look inspired by Georgia May Jagger.

  1. Start by curling your lashes, and putting primer on your lids.  This step is important because it will truly amp up your look in the end.
  2. (Optional) If you have lash serum or lash conditioner, apply a coat now to let it dry.  If you don't have any or do not desire to do so, this is not necessary, but only an added bonus.
  3. Line your upper lashes with any jet black eye liner of your choice.  Fan it outwards at the edge for extra 60's iconic flair.
  4. Draw a pencil thin line in the crease of your eyelid.  Draw and drag it outwards and connect this line to the other.
  5. Line your lower lashes with the same black eye liner, do not skimp or hesitate to create a thick dramatic line.
  6. Apply eyeshadow color of your choice
    1. Georgia May Jagger has silver shadow on in her look here:
    2. I am going to use a blend from pastel blue to electric blue to put a bright, bold, colorful spin on my Iconic Retro Glam look!
  7. Apply Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara for dramatic scandalous retro, glamorous lashes.
    1. Do the top lashes first - begin at the base and wiggle the wand gently upward towards the tips.
    2. Apply generously on the bottom lashes to finish your look.  It's easier if you hold the wand vertical when applying to the bottom lashes.
    3. I like to go over the tips only, a second time on the opposite side of my lashes, from "above."
  8. Show off your look!
What I love most about this mascara is that you only need one coat to get a truly incredible look.  It is quick and easy to apply!  The wand has a great design and is very user friendly for all.  The fact that it's completely clump free is pretty amazing too!  Lashes are instantly thick, long, wide, deep, dark, dramatic, sexy, scandalous, and oh so retro glam!
